Artur Kalicki, CEO of PST, has been involved in the energy and renewable energy market for more than a dozen years. An expert in innovation implementation, business development, planning and strategic management. He gained industry experience managing and supervising investment projects in the area of biogas installations and solar energy. In recent years, at the TAURON Group, he developed areas related to photovoltaics and electromobility. Served as an evaluation expert in acceleration programmes aimed at Start-Ups in cooperation with CVC. Board member of related companies such as Polenergia eMobility and TAURON Zielona Energia.
He is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology, International Managerial and Financial Studies at the University of Economics in Katowice and at the Brno University of Technology, as well as MBA studies at the Cracow University of Economics. Privately a lover of sport, tourism and motorbikes.
Błażej Brasse and Adam Goj also joined the company’s management board as vice-presidents.
Błażej Brasse has been involved in the photovoltaic industry since the beginning of his career and has gained extensive experience in project management and RES technology development. He co-founded Projekt Solartechnik Development, a company responsible for acquiring land for the construction of wind and photovoltaic farms, buying and developing RES projects, and processing the agreements necessary for the construction of farms, which he developed from 2019. He was Project Manager, then took on the position of Technical Director, and from 2023 was Vice President of PST Development, responsible for the technical side of the development process and the management of the project portfolio. He has now been promoted to Vice President of PST.
He is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and of the Postgraduate Management Studies based on the structure of the MBA programme of the Warsaw School of Economics.
Adam Goj has been consistently developing his professional path within the Projekt Solartechnik group since 2015. Co-founder of the company Projekt Solartechnik Development, from 2019 to 2023 proxy. He started his professional career as a technical and commercial advisor, then served as manager and later as commercial director. At the beginning of 2023, he took up the position of vice-president commercial of PST Development. He will now focus on processes related to investment site acquisition and project turnover at Projekt Solartechnik.
He is a graduate of the Opole University of Technology.
