Marcin Ludwicki

  • CEO
He has worked in the energy sector for nearly 25 years and has extensive experience in the area of electricity trading and managing B2B and B2C sales structures in the Polish and European markets. He has been a member of the Society of Energy Trading (TOE) since 2008, where he was a member of the TOE Governing Board for six years, including four years as Vice President. He gained professional experience at: Energa-Obrót S.A., ENERGA Slovakia S.R.O., Unimot Group.  He has been associated with Projekt Solartechnik Group since May 2022. Initially, he served as General Director at the Group company, and since May 2023 he has been CEO at PST Trade S.A.

Tomasz Bodetko

  • Vicepresident
For more than a dozen years he has been involved in the energy industry in areas related to the sale of energy and energy-related products, as well as energy trading and guarantees of origin. He managed a portfolio of more than a thousand entities, negotiated and supervised the conclusion of hundreds of PPAs. He is a member of the Society of Energy Trading (TOE). He gained professional experience at Energa-Obrót S.A. He has been with Projekt Solartechnik Group since June 2022, where he took the position of Commercial Director. Currently, as PST Trade Vicepresident, he is responsible for the area related to the sale of photovoltaic farms, as well as electricity under PPAs and cPPAs.

Remigiusz Markizański

  • Sales Manager
He was responsible for direct service of key customers at the ENERGA Energy Concern. From 2010 to 2020, he was responsible for sales to business customers in the Northern Region of Energa Obrót for the Business and SME segments. After 14 years, he took on the challenge of building a department within the ENERGA Capital Group to introduce ENERGA Obrót to the prosumer photovoltaic market. The following years were a powerful experience of getting to know the specifics of the RES market, technologies and procedures. He transformed his long-standing experience into the ENCARE brand, to support entities active on the electricity and sustainable energy market with his experience.

Michał Temberski

  • Key Account Manager
For more than 5 years, he has been involved in complex consultancy and sales in the B2B sector. It develops in the broad energy sector, optimising customers’ operating costs. The field of activity is energy, gas and products from the area of the RES market. He gained experience in companies such as Columbus Energy, Quanta Energy, Respect Energy.

Piotr Iżykowski

As an experienced economist working with manufacturers, I first ask “for what purpose?” and then “at what rate?” Instead of promising mountains of gold, I diagnose production, risks, and real possibilities. In turn, I supply companies with energy so that they pay reasonably, not emotionally. In the end, there is a simple truth: either electricity works for you, or someone works on your electricity.

Piotr Raszeja

  • Origination Manager
Associated with the wholesale market contracting area for more than six years. He specializes in PPA/cPPA contracting, negotiating and contracting the purchase of electricity from RES generators, mainly wind farms and PV farms, sales of energy-related products, including photovoltaic farm design services.  He gained his professional experience at Energa-Obrót S.A. At PST Trade, he is responsible for concluding PPAs and cPPAs for energy from the assets of Projekt Solartechnik and co-founding the Origination division.

Bartosz Klasa

  • Senior Trader
Graduate of Econometrics and Computer Science, who gained professional experience at Energa – Obrót S.A. and Ekovoltis (E2V). Stockbroker and broker of the Commodity Power Exchange, market analyst specializing in the wholesale area and electricity portfolio management. At PST Trade, he is involved in the sale and purchase of electricity on the wholesale market.

Marta Krysiak

  • Trader
Financial analyst of markets and stock exchanges, who gained professional experience at Energa Elektrownie Ostrołęka, Energa-Obrót S.A. and Orlen Energia sp. z o.o.. She specializes in the area of wholesale market, analysis and conclusion of transactions, property rights and guarantees of origin. At PST Trade, he is involved in the sale and purchase of electricity on the wholesale market.

He has worked in the energy industry for more than six years, gaining valuable experience with both the grid operator and electricity and PV sales companies. At PST Trade, he is responsible for the sales support area.

Izabela Zalewska

  • Business Support Specialist
Involved in the energy industry since 2020. Experience in quoting, developing calculations, budgets, reports, sales analysis. Previously coordinating customer service departments in the energy industry. At PST Trade responsible for business support, TPA processes, billing.

Alicja Chmielewska

  • Head of Business and Analysis
A graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology, she has been involved in the energy industry for 12 years. At PST Trade, she is responsible for business analysis, calculation of offers and creation of products for customers and manufacturers.

Szymon Niewdana

  • Project and Analysis Specialist
Graduate of the Gdansk University of Technology and the Academy of Energy Leaders. Since 2020 he has been involved in the energy sector, in particular in the implementation of RES projects. He has practical experience in the area of energy cooperatives. At PST Trade, he is responsible for the development and management of products and the preparation of business analyses.
