On July 25 2024, we signed a preliminary agreement with a company that is part of the NEXTPOWER fund for the sale of our photovoltaic farms located in the provinces of Lower Silesia, Kuyavia-Pomerania, Lubuskie, Lodz, Lesser Poland, Pomerania, Podlasie, Subcarpathia, Greater Poland and West Pomerania.
As Projekt Solartechnik, we provide the projects covered by the transaction with comprehensive O&M services.
The conclusion of this agreement is an important step in the further development of the company; at the same time, it is the first sale transaction fully carried out by Projekt Solartechnik’s internal M&A department. We were also supported in the transaction by GNZ Legal and PwC company.
